What: Sample Michigan micro-brews, enjoy live entertainment and feast on a barbecue, in the Festival Tent.  Try a fine selection of beers from Frog Island Brewing Company, Liberty Street Brewing Company, Shorts Brewing Company, Michigan Brewing Company, Arcadia, Blue Tractor BBQ & Brewery, Northern United Brewing Co., and B'Nectar Meadery.  Enjoy acoustic music from Lance Sherwood on Friday night, and three acoustic acts all day Saturday: Meg and Tony, Sinjoun Smith, and Bugs Beddow Band.  Admission packages for all budgets, includes admission only price is $5, admission + 3 (3 oz.) beer tastings for $10, or admission + commemorative pint glass + 6 (3 oz.) beer tastings for $20.  Individual beer tastings, pints of beer, and food tickets may be purchased in the tent.  Barbecue provided by Hickory BBQ and Grill.  Avoid the lines, and purchase your tickets online today!

 

When: Friday, August 19th, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 20th, from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m. Melon Festival Weekend.

Where: Next to the Opera House in downtown Howell.
